At Aligneer, we want your order experience to be clear, simple, and reliable. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping support.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within one business days after your order is placed.

During busy periods, holidays, supplier delays, or high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.


Estimated U.S. Delivery Times

Most Aligneer products are estimated to arrive within approximately 2 business days after shipment.

Some products may take longer depending on the item, fulfilment location, product availability, and carrier handling.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Locations

We currently focus on shipping to customers in the United States.

If shipping to other countries is available at checkout, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any active shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking may take some time to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability, fulfilment location, or carrier handling.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number, and your items may arrive on different days.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Aligneer is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the shipping address.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes happen.

Possible causes include:

  • Carrier delays
  • High order volume
  • Public holidays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Incorrect address information
  • Local delivery issues
  • Supplier or fulfilment delays
  • Customs processing, where applicable

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment.


Lost or Stuck Orders

If your tracking shows that your order has been stuck in transit, pending, expired, returned, or not successfully delivered for an extended period, contact us at:

A refund or replacement may be considered after the shipment has exceeded the applicable review timeframe:

U.S. orders After 45 days from shipment
International orders After 60 days from shipment
Brazil orders After 110 days from shipment

These timeframes help us confirm whether a package is delayed, lost, or still in transit.


Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • Around your home, mailbox, front desk, or parcel locker
  • With household members, neighbours, or building management
  • With your local carrier or post office

We may require supporting documentation from the carrier, such as a non-delivery confirmation, before a refund or replacement can be approved.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For U.S. customers, duties or import fees are usually not expected for most small consumer orders, but this may depend on the order value, product type, and applicable customs rules.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by their country.

Aligneer is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
