Please do not send any item back before your request has been reviewed and approved. Items sent to the wrong address or returned without approval may not be accepted.

For approved cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, a physical return may not always be required. We will confirm the correct next step after reviewing your request.

10. Order Cancellations and Changes

We will do our best to help. However, once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or edit it.

Orders that have already shipped must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
